Mr. Soni Saran Singh, an avid business traveller, loves to be called 'Soni San' due to his extensive 25+ years of close business relationship with various Japanese companies. He is a current leader in the electronic manufacturing industry of the Asia Pacific and driving company in new & emerging technologies.

He founded Global Technosoft Pte Ltd, after recognizing an asymmetrical demand in growth between emerging local electronic manufacturing companies and technology suppliers specializing in Surface Mount (SMT) solutions.

Under his leadership as CEO, Global Technosoft diversified into new business verticals by offering Solar manufacturing solutions in 2009 and now on the way to establish itself as a leading supplier in EV Industry.

He is also working as Managing Director of NMTronics India, a leading Electronics manufacturing solution company, with whom he has been associated for over 25 years & helped to grow it from a start-up to a technology leading company with over 200 employees.

K N Sahney is the Director in Global Technosoft & also serves as Managing Director of Spectra Innovations Pte Ltd, Singapore.

He has more than 35 years of experience in business development, operations and management with a proven track record in the IT industry backed by a wealth of regional business experience in ASEAN, India and Russia, which gives global perspective to the company.

He is responsible for the implementation of strategic initiatives throughout India, Asean & South Asia.

Prasad is the founder of Spectra Innovations & a strategic investor to Global Technosoft.

He is based at Singapore Asia headquarters responsible for expanding and executing new business initiatives. He oversees the Defence/Aerospace business in India and seeding strategic new initiatives in intelligent integrated Enterprise Business Solutions.

He brings in his vast operations & business development experience to help Global Technosoft execute large scale projects efficiently.

From his early childhood Ravinder had a strong focus towards Machines, Robotics, & Automation, which led him to study Mechatronics & Industrial Automation and evolved as an Automation engineer.

He has diversified experience of over 20 years in Electronics & Solar industries, where he demonstrated his Project management skills on large scale projects. He has rich experience in his roles in Service, Sales, & Technology adoption which makes him a strong part of key management team.

He is currently head of Solar Business Unit while simultaneously evaluating new markets of growth for Global Technosoft.

Madhu is an experienced manager who has demonstrated his capabilities in Business development during his long tenure in the electrical and electronic manufacturing industry. He has a knack of developing good inter-personal relationships with people. He has strong skills in negotiation, engineering, strategic planning, business development, and six sigma.

He is leading the electric motor manufacturing business unit for Global Technosoft.

Sumanyu is passionate about socially responsible technological advancements, equitable robotics, entrepreneurship, and motorsports. He leads (Electrical Vehicle) EV business initiatives to support customers working hard to introduce "green" vehicles for the Indian market - with the goal of reducing our planet's carbon footprint. He also has a penchant for designing controllers for multi-agent, walking, wheeled, and soft robots.

He received his master's in mechanical engineering, specializing in the control of robotic and autonomous systems, from the University of California, Berkeley, and a bachelor's in mechanical engineering from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.

In his free time, he likes to race go-karts.
