DR Laser Technology

DR Laser is dedicated to the laser processing applications for crystalline silicon solar cell manufacturing, and keeps cooperating with multi-national customers. The accumulated market share exceeds 85% globally. DR Laser’s laser ablation systems are compatible with all available rear passivation films (Al2O3, SiON and SiNX) deposited by ALD or PECVD methods, and could be in-line integrated with the major screen printers seamlessly.
DR Laser’s laser doping systems had been implemented in SE-PERC mass production by GW scale. More than 0.3% efficiency gain is achievable under the well optimization. The customers enjoy the most cost-effective approach to high-efficiency solar cells. DR Laser’s laser scribing/ablation systems had been implemented in mass production of shingle modules, half-cut-cell modules, MWT modules and thin film PV modules by GW scale. The tailored models are served by request.
